1. Newsletter signup consent
By signing up to the Vantex Digital newsletter, you consent to Vantex Digital using your name and email address to send digital business updates, website tips, branding tips, social media guidance, service announcements and promotional communication.
2. What information we collect
For newsletter purposes, we may collect your name, email address, business name if supplied, signup date, consent record and communication preferences.
3. How we use newsletter information
Newsletter information is used to send relevant Vantex Digital updates and to manage subscriber records. We do not sell newsletter lists.
4. Unsubscribing
You may unsubscribe at any time by emailing info@vantexdigital.co.za with the word “unsubscribe” or by using any unsubscribe method included in a newsletter if available.
5. Third-party newsletter tools
If Vantex Digital uses a third-party email marketing platform, your details may be processed by that provider only for newsletter and communication management purposes.
